This course is designed for Muslim women of all recitation levels who wish to improve the correctness of their Qur'an recitation. Whether you are a complete beginner or have been reciting for years, the programme offers structured, personalised guidance.

No prior Arabic language knowledge is required. The course is taught in English, with a focus on Quranic recitation and the correct pronunciation of Arabic letters. You will need to be able to read Arabic script, or be actively learning to do so.

You will need a device with a microphone and camera (smartphone, tablet, or laptop), a stable internet connection, and the Zoom app (free to download). You will also be added to a WhatsApp group for community support between sessions.

Cohorts are kept intentionally small so the teacher can give direct, personalised correction throughout the programme. Sessions are structured so that no one is lost in the background — everyone is heard and guided.

The current programme — Precision in Qur'an Recitation — runs for eight weeks, with one live Zoom session per week, plus ongoing support in the WhatsApp group.

We understand that life happens. If you need to miss a session, please let the teacher know in advance. Details on recordings and catch-up options will be shared with enrolled students before the cohort begins.

Yes — Nutuq Academy is a women-only space, taught by a female teacher. This is intentional, to create an environment where students feel comfortable to recite, ask questions, and be corrected without hesitation.
