Nutuq — the Arabic word for articulation — is at the heart of everything we do. This academy was founded on a single belief: that every Muslim woman deserves access to qualified, caring Quranic instruction in an intimate, supportive setting.
Correct recitation is not merely about pronunciation. It is an act of worship, a carrying-forward of an unbroken oral tradition. When you recite with precision, you honour the words as they were revealed and passed down through generations of scholars and teachers.
At Nutuq Academy, we hold space for women who want to strengthen their relationship with the Qur'an — whether you are returning to your recitation after years away, or approaching it with adult eyes for the first time.
Our cohorts are kept small and our pace is patient. There is no rush, no embarrassment, no judgement. Only careful, considered teaching that meets you where you are.
